Safe and Compassionate Care

We view health through a biopsychosocial lens, acknowledging that your physical well-being is deeply connected to your emotional landscape and life history. Our treatments are designed to meet you exactly where you are, fostering a safe environment for your nervous system to rest and recalibrate.

  • Pacing that honors your nervous system
  • Language that prioritizes your choice
  • A quiet, sensory-friendly environment

Being trauma-informed means we prioritize your agency at every step. By working with the body's natural stress responses rather than pushing through them, we help restore balance and ease for tired parents and those navigating the complexities of chronic pain.

Meet Your Practitioner

Anne-Marie has been practicing osteopathy since 2015, after graduating from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. Since then, she has worked with people experiencing a wide range of symptoms and has developed a special passion for supporting those living with persistent or complex pain, as well as women and families throughout the perinatal period.

Her work has also taken her abroad, volunteering in Nicaragua alongside a pediatric physiotherapist during rural home visits, and in Peru with Osteopathy Without Borders.

She loves getting to know the people she works with and feels it is a true privilege to have the time to listen to the stories and perspectives of those who entrust her with their care. She values staying up to date with current evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines (there are usually a few books on the go and many research tabs open), while also deeply respecting each person’s lived experience.

Anne-Marie is a mother to two wonderful, silly, active boys and has come to appreciate the beautiful rollercoaster that parenting can be. Her own struggles with breastfeeding her firstborn—and the difficulty she had finding support—have motivated her to offer care to lactating parents who wish to provide their infants with breastmilk. She strives to support parents through this tender and demanding phase of life and beyond.
